Important Limitations
12-Month Lifecycle: pre-warmed mailboxes have a non-renewable 12-month lifespan and cannot be extended
Username Changes: modifying the email address resets the warmup history — the mailbox will no longer be considered pre-warmed
Non-Refundable: once provisioned, pre-warmed mailboxes cannot be refunded
Custom Domains: you cannot bring your own domains or convert existing domains — pre-warmed mailboxes are exclusive to Icemail's infrastructure
