Connecting your Icemail mailboxes to QuickMail lets you run powerful cold email campaigns with your fully provisioned, US-IP mailboxes—without any manual credential entry.
Step-by-Step: Connect Icemail Mailboxes to QuickMail
Step 1:
Head to the Mailbox Dashboard inside Icemail and select the mailboxes you want to export.
Step 2:
Click "Export Mailboxes" at the top of the dashboard.
Step 3:
Select "QuickMail" from the platform list, or use SMTP/IMAP credentials.
Step 4:
Log in to your QuickMail account and go to Settings → Email Accounts → Add Email Account.
Step 5:
Choose your connection method:
For Google Workspace mailboxes: Select "Gmail / Google Workspace" and authenticate with your Icemail Google mailbox credentials. Use an App Password if required.
For Microsoft 365 mailboxes: Select "Outlook / Microsoft 365" and sign in with your Icemail Microsoft mailbox.
For SMTP mailboxes: Select "Custom SMTP" and enter the host, port, username, and password provided by Icemail.
Step 6:
QuickMail will test the connection. Once verified, the mailbox appears as Active in your account.
Step 7:
Configure your sending limits in QuickMail. Icemail recommends 15 cold emails per day per mailbox (plus 15 warmup emails via your warmup tool for a 1:1 ratio).
